At The Neon Prime, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted neon signs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process as outlined below.
You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. For damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@theneonprime.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking). Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
For damaged or defective products, we offer a free replacement instead of a refund. The replacement will be manufactured and shipped at no additional cost to you. Replacement timelines follow the same manufacturing schedule as new orders (7–15 business days depending on the product type).
Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during return transit.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order. For custom signs, any specification changes must be communicated before the manufacturing process begins.
You may cancel your order at any time before it enters the manufacturing phase for a full refund. Once manufacturing has begun, cancellation is not possible unless the product is defective or damaged. You can check the manufacturing status of your order under “My Orders” in your account.
