• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and neon light characteristics
• Dimensions are approximate and may have minor variations due to the handcrafted nature of the products
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and the actual product may differ slightly

4.2 Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
• The price applicable is the price at the time of order placement
• Promotional offers and discounts are subject to terms specified at the time of the offer

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or notification from us.

5.2 Payment

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets.
• All payment transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI DSS standards
• We do not store your full card details or payment credentials

5.3 GST and Invoicing

All orders include applicable GST as per Indian tax regulations. A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued with every order and sent to your registered email address.

6. Custom Orders

Custom neon signs are manufactured based on your provided design, text, font, color, and size specifications. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that:

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun
• Custom products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged in transit
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the design specifications provided
• We may make minor adjustments to ensure manufacturing feasibility
• Production timelines for custom orders are longer than standard products

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of The Neon Prime and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without our written permission
• Use our branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner
• Copy or replicate our product designs for commercial purposes

Customers retain ownership of their own designs submitted for custom orders. However, by submitting a design, you grant us a limited license to manufacture and deliver the product based on that design.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Neon Prime, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.
